Nominate your top Termidor technicians for an All-Star racing weekend.

The Termidor® termiticide/insecticide All-Star Technician program is ready to ramp up for a third, remarkable season. This year’s program will again recognize the country’s finest termite technicians – those all-stars whose leadership, skill, and outstanding service set them apart from their peers, and whose knowledge about and loyalty to Termidor have made a difference for your business.

This year, our nomination process is quicker and more efficient than ever. Simply complete the online entry form by July 31, 2008 to nominate your all-star termite technician(s).

We’ll select 16 technicians to join us at the 2008 Dickies 500 stock car race held at the Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas from November 1-3.  Select all-star technicians will be featured online and in Termidor marketing efforts throughout the year.

Please note: Technicians must be nominated by a manager or supervisor. Past winners are not eligible to be nominated for the 2008 All-Star Technician program.

OFFICIAL RULES: No Purchase Necessary:

1. To Enter: Complete the Official Entry Form online at www.PestcontrolFacts.com or printed entry form provided by a BASF representative. Entries must be received before 12:00 AM (EST) on 08/01/08. BASF and its agencies are not responsible for lost, garbled or misdirected entries or problems of any kind whether human or mechanical.

2. Prize: Trip to Fort Worth, TX, from November 1st through the 3rd, including round-trip airfare, two nights in hotel, airport transportation, one ticket to the 2008 Dickies 500, and certain food and on-site amenities. No substitution or transfer of prize except with BASF’s permission. If prize becomes unavailable, BASF may award substitute of equal or greater value. Taxes and all other expenses are the responsibility of winner.

3. Awarding of Prizes: 16 winners will be selected by 9/01/08 by a judging panel whose decisions are final. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Potential winners will be notified by electronic or U.S. mail and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility within 15 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, stolen, and/or misdirected mail or entries. Entry materials void if incomplete, not legible, or if they contain errors.

4. Eligibility: Open to Pest Management Technicians currently working for a U.S.-based pest control company in the continental U.S., 21 years or older, except employees, their families and household members of BASF, Participating Distributors, their affiliated companies, agencies and anyone involved in this promotion’s production, development or handling. Technicians must be nominated by a manager or supervisor.

5. Liability/Publicity Release. Winners agree that (except where prohibited) BASF may use winners’ names, pictures, portraits, likenesses and voices for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. BASF and its agencies shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. BASF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, to terminate or suspend part or all of this sweepstakes should non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of BASF corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes. BASF and its agencies are not responsible for human or mechanical failures of any kind, lost or unavailable Official Entry Forms, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed Official Entry Forms, whether caused by BASF, users or by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. Offer void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws.
